This is a low maintenance advertising package meaning your home is advertised online but not in print. You have access to an agent to ensure accuracy of the information provided, credible contracts and as a guide in the process but you manage the sale of your home. This package includes:

2% Listing Fee (+ 3% for Buyer's Agent) 5% Total Commission
Our standard package, this is the latest version of the original 1.5% Full Service Listing. This package offers all of our online advertising advantages and a customized marketing campaign meant to sell your home. The actual package varies but some components include:

Our most agressive marketing package and also our best. In addition to all of the features of the 2% offering this package includes simultaneous print marketing, standard full color print brochure and close monitoring, assessment and evaluation of marketing activities. Our ability to create a web page dedicated solely for your listing/listings also makes this package ideal for builders & developers.
